The Google’s parent company Alphabet, is reported to bring something called as an Advanced Protection Program

Reports Bloomberg, Google may eventually replace the 2-factor authentication process that will be offered next month.  These keys said will bring more security to user’s Gmail and other Google accounts including focuses more towards corporate executives and more likes.


The report adds, these Physical keys will block third party programs from getting access to user’s Google Drive account as well. Users now have to use a password to login and then to access the account one has to go through a second login process. Which includes the website sending a random generated code to the connected mobile number, then user feed it on the website to proceed. 


Google started allowing users to pin the Google feed categories on the home screen.   Therefore the categories can be pinned outside. By tapping on it will directly leads a user inside the particular section inside the Google app.


This feature yet not widely put in use but the Pinned shortcuts feature that comes with the Android 8.0 Oreo.
